This is a sine-wave that sweeps from low to high. Cassette emulator is added and some reverb. A long high pitched tail is at the end, which i forgot to remove. Inspired by the film "wavelength" by michael snow.

Waves around the clearwater beach in tampa, florida. Going in and out of the water, holding a recorder. Water lapping, waves crashing, coastal birdsong, some passing vehicles, splashing. Taken on tascam dr-40x. Unprocessed.
Just waves at the beach. Nightrecording with almost no other noise (no birds, people, cars; removed low frequency wind noise); 48/24-stereorecording with zoom h1, normalized, now in 48/16.
The sea was fairly choppy/rough and this is a recording of the waves crashing against a break water/wall with some occasional spraying sounds. Theres a great stereo effect of the waves hitting from left to right. Could be a good sound for any on boat/stormy sea needs.

Waves in the baltic sea. I put off my shoes and went a couple of steps in to the water and recorded the sound of waves around me. It was summer evening. Ambisonics recording made with zoom h3vr (ambix format).
